Freeze Tag’s CEO Updates Shareholders On the Company’s Progress

Posted on Sep 8, 2011

Sept. 8, 2011 (Business Wire) – Craig Holland, CEO of Freeze Tag, Inc. (OTCBB: FRZT), a leading creator of family-friendly video games, updated shareholders today on the company’s progress and upcoming product releases in the fourth quarter.

“We anticipate a substantial increase in our third quarter revenue ending September 30, 2011,” Holland said. “We also are looking forward to several new product launches in the final quarter of the year, ending December 31, 2011, which should help increase our 2011 top line revenue over 2010.”

The CEO noted that the recent acquisition of the rights to a cross-platform technology framework has enabled Freeze Tag to efficiently port PC games to smartphone and tablet formats, thus reducing development costs and time-to-market to release products into these high growth segments.

“Smartphone and media tablet sales continue to increase as consumers snap up iPhones, iPads and Android devices,” the CEO said. “According to research firm Gartner, sales of media tablets that operate on the iOS (Apple) and Android (Google) operating systems will grow from 17 million units in 2010 to over 251 million units in 2015. We expect to be a part of that growth as consumers continue to turn to tablets and smartphones for their gaming enjoyment.”

“We’re excited to launch several new mobile titles in the coming months,” said Holland. “Our games look terrific and play extremely well on smartphones and media tablets, which are ideal gaming devices.”

Upcoming in the fourth quarter and the first quarter of 2012, Holland said, are the following new product releases:

Rocket Weasel™ – a physics puzzler (like Angry Birds and Cut the Rope), designed especially for mobile devices. Rocket Weasel is the story of a wily Weasel who straps a rocket to his back to save his furry friends who have been captured by the evil farmer.

Concentration Party® – an arcade puzzle matching game full of laughs, Concentration Party is the story of fun-loving Party Animals who are shaking things up for the dull and boring Party Pooper.

Monkey Tree Frog™ – a classic puzzle game with an educational twist. Jump frog-over-frog as you solve perplexing puzzles and unlock fascinating frog facts. Little known tidbits include frogs that can fly, frogs that look like monkeys, and frogs that have traveled in outer space.

Victorian Mysteries®: Woman in White – This #1 bestselling PC/Mac game comes to mobile for the first time. Wilkie Collins’ classic mystery novel is brought to life in this romantic yet chilling hidden object adventure game.

Unsolved Mystery Club®: Amelia Earhart – Whatever happened to Amelia Earhart? In this hidden object adventure title, several theories about her disappearance are explored.

Unsolved Mystery Club®: Ancient Astronauts® – The #1 bestselling PC game comes to mobile for the first time. Travel the world searching for clues to ancient mysteries and cultural conundrums in this adventure game.

The specific mobile platforms and devices on which these games will be released will be announced as each product is launched into the market. Holland said other new titles are under development but not yet announced.
